Your Character Card is there to mechanically represent you. If we didn't already deem it possibly game breaking we would let player design a creature, or even a planeswalker card. The Creature you choose has a Color Identity. Its primary color is the colors in its casting cost. The color should show through in your personality. secondary colors from your text are lighter in how hey should effect you. Just cause color is not in your identity does not mean you can't use from its bases. i.e. You dont have Red color, you can still be quick to anger, its just Red creatures have that as a Stereotype. If you don't have blue, you can still take the time to think through your actions, i'm just saying that you should play towards the stereotype, but don't let it decide your actions for you. There is a Set of Great Articles on the Main site that explain how the flavor of each color is based. White Green Red Black Blue
Also a good article about the Color Pie.
The novels the Storylines are based off of have died out in recent magic history. There remains are left to us in the Uncharted Realm articles, there to still give us a little flavor for these wonderful planes that we will traverse.
